You may request to return or exchange your STAX product within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without providing a reason, provided that the product is returned in its original condition.

The product must:

Be unworn and unused.
Not have been washed, altered, damaged, stained, or modified.
Have all original tags and packaging attached.
Be returned in a condition that allows it to be resold.

If the product has been used, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer, the return or exchange may not be accepted where the statutory conditions for return are no longer met.

Customer name.
Phone number.
Reason for return or exchange.
Photos or videos when necessary to verify damage or defects.
